​As the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Frank Fan supports the Chair, steps in during her absence, and oversees special projects.​

Frank is a seasoned entrepreneur in real estate and experiential retail holding the qualification as the Chartered Member in Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). With over 15 years of research and direct investment experience in the Asia-Pacific real estate market, Frank possesses a robust background in property investment, real estate securities, and market analysis.

Frank is the Head of Asia at Euroterra Capital LLP, a boutique property investment and development company headquartered in London, where he oversees a diversified international portfolio spanning the UK and Europe. His responsibilities include managing high-end residential properties, acquiring prime assets in Central London, and collaborating with legal and financial partners to deliver profitable investments.

As an entrepreneur at heart, Frank is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SNAPIO.io, which pioneered the introduction of four-frame photo booths in Hong Kong. Under his leadership, SNAPIO has expanded to over 40 locations across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, blending local creativity with experiential retail innovation. He is also a co-founder and Regional CEO at Crystal Waters Global.

In addition to his professional pursuits, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving Mensa Hong Kong by working as the board member for several terms, including as Treasurer from 2020 to 2024. In these capacities, he contributed to the financial governance and development of the organization, supporting Mensa’s mission in the Hong Kong region.
