Hong Kong Mensa Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for any events organised by members and advertised in the Mensa magazine or otherwise. Members should note that only events marked Official Events are organised by Hong Kong Mensa Limited. While all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the safety of those attending an Official Event, no liability will be accepted for Hong Kong Mensa Limited for any loss or damage caused except that imposed by law.
Parents are reminded of their responsibility for members under the age of 18. Parental consent and adult supervision must be provided at all times at all events. Hong Kong Mensa Limited accepts no additional liability for members under the age of 18 who wish to attend any event advertised.
